How you can help:

SILENT AUCTION – we have a Silent Auction where we need items for people to bid on. If you don’t have items, services, or gift cards to donate, we have companies purchase gift cards from other retailers in their names. These items, along with all the other generous donations, help our Fire Dept. immensely! We have items from countless restaurants, Purdue, Pacers, Colts, Children’s Museum, Fair Oaks Dairy, Harrison HS, Pet stores and kennels, Meijer, Smith Sweeper, Dream Dinners, and MANY others.

CAKE AUCTION – we have a live Auction where we auction off cakes from area Bakers and baked items from community members.

SPONSORS: Our sponsors help pay for the Entertainment and help purchase the supplies and equipment needed for the fry. The HERO sponsorship is $1,000.00. The Trojan Sponsor is $500.00. With this, your name is in the raffle ticket letter that goes to over 5,000 homes and on banners around the event. Our Red Sponsorship is $250.00, and you get mentioned in the letter and are on a banner in the Fish Fry area. Our Gray Sponsorship is $100.00. With this, your name will be on banners in the Fish Fry area. We sincerely appreciate our Sponsors who continue to support us year after year!

We have over 20 volunteer firefighters who volunteer their time, vehicles, gas, etc. to be on call 24/7 for our community. When we all work together it makes it easier for these wonderful men & women who look after us! We only want to make sure they are safe and have the essential equipment they need and the training to keep them safe from harm. We sincerely
